According to the Jaguar data base this little Gem with body prefix (B) was built in 1945 and one of first Jaguar 1½ litre cars built, although the three variants are near identical it seems that Jaguar only built the 1½ litre in this year.
The 1½ litre is a 1775.8 cc 4 cylinder with a Mechanical synchronized four-speed gearbox.
This classic is an older restoration that is in a good running condition, the paint is fair but also showing some flaws, the interior was redone a good couple of years ago but is still in good condition.
Unfortunately her history is not fully know except for the fact that she was restored and unfortunately came part of a late estate and was then owned but never really used and then was sold to her new owner about 8 months ago, but unfortunately he has decided not to go ahead with this restoration as he just has to many old cars, they are definitely worth restoring and worth a pretty penny world wide.
